Remembering indeed, a grand musical talent in a fine, fine band, one of our British treasures.

A tortured soul indeed, who went the self-destructive way of Cobain and so many others. Hugely talented yes but his young death sadly means a full assessment of him cannot be made.

It's cliched to say a band changed your life, but Joy Division actually did for me. Heard 'Closer' when I was 16, the next day I went out and bought a bass guitar. I'm sure many others would tell a similar story.

He was a Joy to the music industry, particularly in England and Great Britain....too bad he was not able to come to the United States to show us his talent. Such a loss to the music industry and a tragic and sad end to a gifted life cut too short. Rest in Peace to this handsome and talented man.
