How a long surname can leave you stranded
Another milestone in Ryanair's quest to revamp its fame for dire public relations. A Swedish passenger, Ulrika Örtegren-Kärjenmäki, was forced to remain at Stansted Airport because her name was deemed too long to fit on Ryanair's boarding passes.
